Keeping you and your family active and healthy is one of our top priorities at Coppermine Soccer Club. We are proud to provide you with priority concierge access to top physicians, surgeons, and physical therapists through our preferred provider, Mercy Medical Center. If you or your athlete is injured, please complete the injury assessment form. With the expertise and resources from the Mercy Medical Center team, we are committed to providing the necessary support to facilitate the quickest and safest return to play possible.

In the case that prompt medical attention is not required or additional expert medical attention is needed, call 833-Mercy4U (833-637-2948) to access Mercy’s network for priority scheduling. If after hours, please leave a message and your call will be returned the next business day.
