Parent & Child Discovery 1 (Parent & Child, 18–24 months) Soccer’s very first hello. This parent-child class is built around discovery, laughter, and falling in love with the game together. Curriculum-based games designed specifically for toddlers introduce movement, the ball, and the field — all with mom or dad right by their side. The first step on the pathway, and a foundation for a lifetime of play.
Parent & Child Discovery 2 (Parent & Child, 2–3 years) The next chapter in Discovery. Same joyful parent-child format, now shaped for a slightly older toddler — activities and games grow with their developmental stage, deepening their connection to the sport and to each other. Graduates of Discovery Soccer I will feel right at home here, and by the end, players are ready to try the field on their own.
Beginner Preschool Soccer (Preschool Beginner, 3-4 years) Ready to take the field solo. Foundation I is where players step into independent play for the first time — no parents on the field, just a nurturing, structured environment built for this milestone. Kids begin exploring beginner drills, skill-building exercises, and age-appropriate games as they lay the groundwork for everything to come.
Intermediate Preschool Soccer (Preschool Intermediate, 3–4 years) For the player who’s ready for more. Foundation II builds directly on Foundation I with more structured drills, greater technical focus, and progressively bigger challenges — still delivered in a warm, age-appropriate setting. It’s the bridge between early independent play and true skill training.

Intro to Soccer Training U6 (5-6 years) The first step into serious soccer. Fundamentals introduces young athletes to structured training in a positive, development-first environment — core motor skills, ball familiarity, movement, and the basics of the game, taught through high-energy, age-appropriate activities. Players leave Foundation II and arrive here ready to train, not just play.
Foundation Soccer Training U7/U8 (Level 1) (6-8 years) Where a competitive journey begins. Level 1 introduces structured drills, technical skill-building, and small-group scrimmage, with players learning to work in units — the basics of attacking and defending. It’s the natural next step after Fundamentals, and the ideal entry point for anyone eyeing travel or club soccer down the road.
Elite Training U7/U8/U9 (Level 2) (6-9 years) For players ready to push past the basics. Level 2 builds on everything learned in Development Training with enhanced footwork sequences, advanced technical drills, and tactical concepts that mirror what club and travel coaches look for. A high-performance environment and expert coaching help players build the habits that define elite young athletes. Prerequisite: one season of Development Training (Level 1).
Homeschool Soccer (5-12 years) Soccer built into the school day. Our Home School Soccer class gives home-educated students a structured, social, and active outlet during the week. Guided by experienced coaches in a small-group setting, players develop technical skills, make new friends, and enjoy the team experience that soccer uniquely provides. A perfect fit for families who want quality physical education and community built into their child’s schedule.
Walking Soccer 55+ (55+ years) Soccer is for everyone — at every age. Walking Soccer brings the joy of the beautiful game to active adults 55 and over, with a modified, no-running format that keeps the sport fun, social, and accessible. Stay active, make connections, and enjoy the game you love in a low-impact, welcoming environment. No experience necessary.
Mom Soccer Fitness (adults) Soccer meets fitness — made for moms. This energizing class blends soccer skill-building with a full-body workout, giving moms a fun, social, and active escape. Whether you played growing up or have never touched a ball, this class is designed to move, challenge, and connect you with a community of like-minded women. Come for the fitness. Stay for the fun.
Year-Round Futsal Training (8 – 14 years) This year-round program uses the fast-paced, small-sided format of futsal to dramatically accelerate technical development — tighter touches, quicker decisions, and sharper vision on the ball. Played indoors on a hard court with a smaller, low-bounce ball, futsal demands creativity and precision. An elite supplemental training environment for any serious soccer player.
Goalkeeper & Striker Clinic (8- 14 years) This position-specific clinic delivers focused, high-volume repetition for both goalkeepers and strikers — the two roles that define games. Goalkeepers work on shot-stopping, positioning, distribution, and decision-making, while strikers develop finishing technique, movement off the ball, and clinical execution in front of goal. If your player is serious about their position, this is where they sharpen their edge.
Club Player Drop-In / Open Play (8- 12 years) Our Club Player Drop-In is an open play environment built specifically for club-level players who want extra time on the ball outside of team practices. No set curriculum — just high-quality, competitive open play with other serious players. Ideal for maintaining sharpness during gaps in the season or supplementing a heavy training schedule. Show up, play, improve.
