Val Teixeira, a former Professional Soccer player with over 20 years of playing in Portugal (Amora FC, SL Benfica, GD Sanjoanense) USA (RI Stingrays, NH Phantoms and Crystal Palace Baltimore in USL-1 / NASL) and England with Crystal Palace FC (Championship League) and Chesterfield FC (League Two) he finished his career playing in the MASL Indoor Pro Soccer League with Harrisburg Heat and retired in 2018.


Coach Teixeira, has been coaching soccer for over 25 years all over the country (Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Baltimore)

His coaching experience comes from all levels, starting with youth soccer ages 9 to 18 in High School, Club Soccer to College (Goucher College) and Pro Teams in USL (Real Maryland Monarchs)


At the youth level Coach Teixeira has won a USYS National Championship Title in 2018 with the U-18 Girls and 11 Maryland State Cup Titles in a row since 2010.


He has helped over 100 players continue their career from club soccer

to college and to the pro pevel.


Coach Teixeira was awarded by the United Women’s Soccer in 2021 the UWS-2 Mid Atlantic South Conference Coach of the Year after winning the 2021 UWS-2 Mid Atlantic South Conference Championship with Coppermine United Women’s Pro-Am Team.
