Youssef Boudoush Named Pre-MLS Director

We are thrilled to announce that Youssef will be stepping into the role of Pre-MLS Director for our U11 & U12 Boys Age Groups. This is a well-deserved recognition of the dedication, passion, and quality he brings to player development every single day.

In this new role, Youssef will lead the foundational phase of our player pathway overseeing curriculum, coach development, player identification, and the preparation of our young players for the demands of MLS NEXT, NAL, & EDP. He will also continue in his current role coaching our U15 MLS NEXT Team, ensuring a connection between our Pre-MLS and MLS NEXT programs.

Youssef has been a part of the Coppermine family for 9 years, and his impact on the boy's program speaks for itself. His commitment to individual player growth, his high standards, and his ability to build meaningful relationships with players and families make him the ideal person to lead this critical age group.

In addition to his work with Coppermine, Youssef serves as the Varsity Assistant Coach at Gilman School, bringing a wide range of experience and perspective that will only strengthen our program.
