Annual UWS & ALL-UWS Awards

The 2023 UWS season has concluded with the announcement of the UWS annual ALL-UWS Awards.


Coppermine United has received multiple awards for their outstanding performance. They have been named the Team of the Year for providing an exceptional live game day experience to the fans.


In addition, several Coppermine United women's players have been recognized for their achievements.

  • Sónia Rada has been selected for the All United First Team UWS as a defender.
  • Phoebe Canoles has been chosen for the All United Second Team UWS as a midfielder.
  • Alison Storm has been named to the UWS-2 Mid Atlantic Conference First Team as a midfielder.
  • Emma Bocanegra and Olivia Stone have been honored as part of the Mid Atlantic Conference Second Team, with Bocanegra as a forward and Stone as a defender.


Congratulations to all the Coppermine United staff and players for their well-deserved awards and for representing the team with excellence.
